Our upstream operations comprise of detailed planning and strategy whereby we determine the rich source of pedigreed diamonds. Be it land, or sea; our exploration and mining operations, ensure cost-efficiency and result in the extraction of the finest and high-value diamonds.

We identify the prospective diamond regions by partnering with the professional teams to aid us in the extensive geophysical, mineralogical, and morphological, and structural studies to rule out diamonds of exceptional value and grade, and driving the exploration phase to the next level. We conduct ground-based surveys, collecting samples to rule out the possibilities of mining. Once the tested samples indicate diamonds of economic viability in the explored region; we, then advance towards the next phase – mining.

Whether it is an open-pit, or an underground mine, or both; we, engage our experienced and skilled workforce to set up the mines, along with other of its ancillary facilities. As much as we are passionate about extracting high-grade diamonds from the mines, we also care about the socio-economic factors affecting the communities.
